## Tips to get you back on track with your goals.

With one month of the new year down, how is your resolution going? 

For many, it has either failed or suffered in some way. Amy Ritsema with Onsite Wellness is here to help. 

Amy's tips include making your resolution specific, starting small, and make a plan. Each goal should be SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time bound). 

Also make your goal personal and surround yourself with supporters.
