OnSite Wellness has a plethora of wellness programs that are available for all types of businesses. With our step-by-step process, we guide you to instigate change within your population, moving employees to a healthier lifestyle.


The first step in our proven process. This is when our team really gets to know you (the client) and learns about company culture, needs, and barriers to wellness. During this step, we occasionally do focus groups or evaluations to truly understand who our clients are and their wellness objectives.

Based on what we discover in step one, we design and develop a solution. We offer a number services including:

With these programs we also develop incentives and a timeline for your wellness program. We take the time to design the right program for your employees and business. 


During this stage, we add the finishing touches and implement the wellness program. Implementing a comprehensive well being strategy will:

After we launch the wellness strategy, it’s time to run and administer the program. Employees get easy access to track their progress via our online portal, mobile app, and text messaging.

Step 5, after the wellness program is up and running, we want to engage with the participants, grow the program, and build upon our success.
