With portion sizes continuing to grow, Americans are consuming more and more food.
Start thinking about your plate differently. Instead of planning your meals around what meat you want to eat, plan your vegetables and fruit first. Why do this? Ideally half your plate should be fruits and veggies, so fill your shopping cart with lots of produce and then add some protein and healthy carbohydrates.
